Q. If I sign up and accumulate my rewards and visits, but forget to renew - do I lose all my credits/visits?
A. Yes, you will lose your accumulate cash back rewards. Your number of visits will also be lost. However, we will remind you via e-mail or text when you are approaching your expiration date.
Q. Is the cash back usable only at the shop that credited me?
A. Yes, your cash back is only usable at the shop that credited it to you.
Q. Does my free trial membership allow me to accumulate visits/credits as if it was a paid membership?
A. Yes, the free trial membership (currently available during our launching period) will allow you to experience the same exact benefits you would have as if it was a paid membership.
Q. Is there a way to sign into my account to keep tally of my credits/visits?
A. No, but when you are at a participating store you can ask the cashier to scan your card and find out your current cash balance, if any, and what level you are currently in (Omega, Beta, Alpha). MoM&PoP will also be communicating with you via e-mail to let you know where you stand.
Q. Am I obligated to use my rewards at every visit?
A. No, you can choose to redeem your reward per visit or accumulate your cash until you want to redeem. Just keep in mind, as stated in the Family Rules, your reward must be redeemed within 30 days from the day you received it. So lets say you visit Merchant X today and earn
$15 on your card, you will have 30 days from today to redeem your $15 earned. Let's say you go back the following day and earn another $15, you will have 30 days from that day to redeem that reward but in total have $30 accumulated.
Q. Do I get cash back even when I am applying my previously earned cash?
A. Yes, every day, any day! You earn cash with EVERY purchase, even when you are redeeming your previously earned cash.
Q. Can I purchase a year membership or does it have to be quarterly?
A. Currently, you can not purchase a year membership but you can certainly apply the "Recurring subscription" option at the time of your initial purchase.
Q. Can I cancel my recurring subscription?
A. Yes, you may cancel at any time. This will automatically stop future auto-renewals but will not deactivate the current membership term and no refund can be issued. Your associated membership will remain active until the expiration date passes.
